i just bought a spabuilders lx-15 and it came with the ozone and blower connections wired for 110, it says that system can be converted to 220 on those 2 circuits but there is no explanation of how?does anyone have a diagram?

A diagram for this setup is not necessary, all you have to do is take the WHITE wires for both of these components and move them to the L1 Black line on your incoming power, this should be all you have to do. If by chance this does not work then change over to L2 Red wire incoming, due to the fact that these systems were wired backwards on occasion the only way to know which way yours is set up is to guess, but not to worry there is no way you can cause damage if it is the wrong wire, it will either work or it won't and then you know if you have to move the wire or not.

I'm very much in this same problem area.
Bought a SpaBuilders AP-4 pak .... convertable ...
hooked it up for 110V, 20A,
but heating a 5 seater tub to 98'F takes FOREVER!

So I am converting to 220V, 50A,
but the instructions are very vague on the ozone power connection.

Specifically, will the ozne connection on the AP-4 put out 220V or 110V ?
I'd rather not blow a $160 ozone genrator.

------ follow-up ---------

According to a response from the manufacturer ... no problem. In a nutshell, for those unfamiliar with 220v circuitry they are typically wired with either 3 or 4 wires:

1 : hot 110V
2 : hot 110V, combination of the two above gives 220V
3: ground, so either of the above to ground can give 110V
4: neutral, if 4 wire(d)

So, my 110V spa pak easily converted to 220V, and without burning out my 110V ozone generator. :D
