I recently bought a house with a Hot tub in it. A couple of weeks ago the breaker tripped. We reset it and had not issues for a while. Last night the breaker tripped while I was at work, and we went to reset the breaker but it won't reset. I am new to the hot tub world but not fixing things. Would buying a new breaker be the cheapest thing to do first. Is there any trouble shooting things I should do first? Thank you for your time.

Assume it's the tub first. Start eliminating possibilities by disconnecting components, starting with the heater and ozonator if you have one. GFI's go bad, but not as often as the half dozen or so electrical components on your tub.

From the "brain" or whatever the main source of electricity is hooked up to, I disconnected all at once, and one at a time and still the same thing. Depending on how I try to reset the breaker it either trips after a second if I go slow(not like slow motion, just not switching it fast) or if I do it fast, it trips right away.

It's still possible that the circuit board is the culprit, but at this point it would be cheaper for you to try a new breaker just to be sure. If there's a transformer plugged directly into the board, that's one more thing I'd try to disconnect.
