I have a Sentry 605 electrical box on my spa. There are two "circuit Indicator" lights on the control box. The right light is off and the GFI trips when I reset it. I found a black jumper running from the 240 relay to the GFI had the insulation burned off the relay end. Replaced the jumper but the GFI still trips and the light doesn't come on.

Looking for suggestions on where to begin my search for faulty wiring.

I think I'm posting to the same forum at 2 sites but better than not posting at all (?). Update ... pump works, heater works with pump on, blower works. Right circuit indicator light out left circuit indicator light on indicates ground and black are reversed in wiring. GFI still pops with pump, heater, and blower all disconnected. I'm guessing from insulation burned off 240 relay the relay is bad. I'm going to replace the terminal block first (can't hurt and it's cheap) then go for the 240 relay. Anyone have a good source for a 240 relay compatible with a Sentry 605 control unit? Speak up if I'm heading down the worng path on this one.

Thanks,

Ed
