I just installed a Imperial Winchester spa that I bought at Costco last year. After getting all hooked up, power on, the low speed of the two speed pump wont run. Tha tubs readout is giving code FL1 (Water flow problem / pressure switch). When I push the (Jets 1) button which is for the two speed pump it starts in high speed, water flows and heater starts heating. Press button again and it stops, heater shuts off. The low speed for circulation / heating is not working. The manual states when you push button once the pump should start in slow speed (assuming this is when tub already hot, as when cold should be running to heat tub), press second time goes to high speed, third time off. Also the light circuit does not work. Hear click but no lights.
