 Post subject: new need help w/110 hook up

I just bought a used tube and it is labled spa builders and I cant figure out how to wire it 110. The guy I bought it off of had it hooked up 220 and he said he removed a jumper when he hooked up to 220. here is a pic of the wiring.

where should the neutral (white) go and where should the black go(hot) and for a jumper?
