Hello, Thanks for any advice.

I had a NU-Wave Spa Pack 240v Model 24823 installed yesterday.

Heated up great, everything worked well.

This morning woke to an error message PUR r77, and a relay clicking on and off, and none of the keyboard buttons working.

Do not have a manual and my electrician is stumped.


Any ideas or advice would be much appreciated.

That sounds more like a boot-up message than an error code. Is it flashing or turning on/off? Have you tried resetting the breaker?
