Right now we have a 110 20 amp breaker dedicated plug in. The plug in on the wall is a 20 amp GFI.

Is this OK? Does the Sundance Metro have a built in GFI on the cord?

If we want to change this to 220 we will have to go to the 3/4" double 15 amp breakers as that is all we have room for in the main panel, what do we use for a GFI then?

The wire is currently 12/2 with ground, but could be fairly easlily upgraded.

This unit will be installed in an four seasons room in our house, the room is heated.

The information on the web site says 120 VAC @ 15A
or 240 VAC @ 25A or 40A

Any help appreciated before we make the purchase and don't have the correct set up.

The existing circuit is ok for 120V use, but to upgrade to 240V use you will need to install a double pole GFI greaker at 50A and run new 6ga wires to a disconnect not less than 5 feet from the inside edge of the tub, and not more than 10, and within sight of the tub.
