I can't find this little 1/4" fitting the factory installed on this elbow. It's a 2000 Hot Springs Landmark. Any idea where to get this? Also are there any tricks to cleaning the foam insulation off the pvc so I can reweld the new pipe on to the old?

Thanks
Lance

That's a 1/4" bleedline fitting available through any hotspring dealer. It is special, yet inexpensive. There's an EXACT size drill bit used, since I'm home, I can't look it up right now but you want that too.

Cleaning pipes--anything you can get your hands on that won't cut you or the pipe. We'll use screwdrivers, small-small prybar, 60 grit sandpaper, claw end of a hammer, whatever.

If your local guy won't get it for you, email my Bristol, CT Store--- scarritt@snet.net We stock most every part, even back to 20+ years.

Hello

thanks for the help. I called my local dealer about the part and he suggested just plugging the line and not worring about it. He said it usually causes more problems than its worth.

Does that sound right to you?
