That's a 1/4" bleedline fitting available through any hotspring dealer. It is special, yet inexpensive. There's an EXACT size drill bit used, since I'm home, I can't look it up right now but you want that too.
Cleaning pipes--anything you can get your hands on that won't cut you or the pipe. We'll use screwdrivers, small-small prybar, 60 grit sandpaper, claw end of a hammer, whatever.
