Post subject: D-1 heater and flow switch replacement

I have a 1993 D-1 Ultra Serries Ser# 064SEVU 231CO230585-01 with a bad heater. Had tech come out and told me both heater and flow switch need replacement. Heater is model45-3600-20-001H 3-6KW, 240V. Can anyone tell me where to buy the parts and how to replace them?

A quick google search pulls up a few options for where to find the heater. That's an expensive one...
