I have a Leisure Bay proshield model G302022LSS030G- built 11/94 that wont't heat. I put a new relay(2nd in the series) in and still no power to the heater. If I push on the relay to make contact the heater will heat, what should I check next, what makes the second relay work. Also the green capacitor broke and I forgot where it runs to, I know the relay side but not the other. Or should i replace this controller due to age and modernize the only thing is that all the new seem to have large pipes instesd of the small one like mine

The relay will colse if there's power to the coil. Check for coil voltage. Likely a 110v coil, even though 220v through the contactor.

Follow the loop, and fine out where there's disruption in power to the coil.
