Good afternoon everyone.
My problem.

I have a Morgan Spa that is about 15+years old I think. I do have the model number but its at the house. I ran into the site awhile back and now I have a good question.

I currently take great care in my spa. I have two issues though. I started it up this weekend for the summer use. I left it on for almost 6 hours to get in a go runing of the system. IE: Checking valves, seals, piping..etc.
First problem when i was done and checked the water....COLD. I mean ice cold. Any suggestions? Element I know but I couldn't find where it was?
Second when cleaning this year I found a couple of scraches or cracks in the shell. Now I am not losing any water so I don't think they are cracks just scraches, from age. How do I go about fixing both problem because they are starting to show some black a fungus or alegee. I will post pictures to give you a better view and understand as soon as I get my camera in my hands.

Okay there is one of my controls which I need to replace. What do you guys and gals think I should replace it with.

The other two pictures are of the mold or alegee, that is growing. YUCK.

Please help me with trying to get rid of this and what I should do with my control box.
