Hello, anyone....

I have just recently moved a spa that was inside to the outside and tried to hook this thing up properly. It was working when it was inside but when I moved it outside I tried to figure out the wiring but it was a mess from whom ever did it before. Was a bit leary about having my family use it when it was inside. The overall structure is excellent but the wiring was and is a mess. Had an electrician in and they could not figure it out either. I am not sure how old this Jacuzzi hot tub is but on the filter it says AERO.. I live in Canada but could not find anyone on web for information. The people before us had disconected the controls that were on the hot tub for the blowers etc and connected them to regular light switches just on the outside of the hot tub. Not very safe... I have pics if that would help, of what most of it looks like and would like to simplify it so that we can use controls on top of hot tub and not sure if we need to upgrade to the wiring box.

Thnak you

Marshall

I would replace the old control box and control pad with a new one. Can't make heads or tails of wiring and without a diagram it would be difficult to fix. Check out SpaPartsNet.com or call 1-877-936-2223. They will be able to set you up with the right control pack with just a little information about the tub. Would run about $400-$600.00. Make sure you get new wires for the pumps, blower, etc. May have to make adjustment for new control pad. Not too difficult.

In the process of doing mine right now. $575.00

Good Luck!
John
