Hi,
> I got my Bah Harbor Down East Spa hooked up and working. I have a new problem only one side of the jets are working fully. Slice valves are open. Jets are open. I can get water to come out if, I play with the mainvalve. But I have no pressure all around! Any ideas here. The manual I got online doesn't show a panel like my display. I have 4 buttons and a Temp display. up,down, jets, light. What do the up/dwn buttons do? Is this for temp. I can only hit jets once. Are there any other speeds.
I, have a one pump system with a Balboa controller. Is their an Air Air blower? How Can I tell if my heater is working. I had it on for an hour and it never got hot. Maybe warm? How long does it take. 290 gallon tub. How do I take out the Jets to check and clean? Is there a special tool?
What is the thumbwheel electrical switch by the controller for? I know this is a lot of questions. but, this is all new to me. How do I openup the wet end and loosen the union. Looks like I need a large plumbers wrench? Will not loosen by hand. Then What? All I have is a one pump system that feeds into the heater and then everything plugs into the Balboa controller. Do I have an Air pocket or what . Please someone help!!! Almost working and I would like to use this.

Ok, i found the problem on my own. Upon opening the wet end it was dislodged with a piece of the filter. This cleared my pressure problem but, I don't understand why one side worked? I now have one last problem. Second HI/ jet speed does'nt work. Any ideas here? Is their an air / Hi switch? Relays, Is it the pump? Please Help someone...
