Looking to rebuild my control pack, but now that I have found this site I looking to maybe replace my control pack. I have an older Watkins Hot Spring Spa. the controls are 3 knobs on the side of the spa, Pump, Light, Temp, it has a single speed pump and a circ pump. Has anyone done one of these or familer with these?

But there's like only four things in the pack that are replaceable... Thermostat, High Limit Switch, Jet Switch, and the timer. Relatively inexpensive, but a dog to get at though. Like, upside down and backwards.

Unless there's something really wrong with it, I'd leave it the way it is. Those things last forever.

I do agree with you, I have it out now and all apart, I have the part numbers and was going to try to get new parts but cant seem to find the exact parts, proball all that needs replaced really is the High limit switch, Thermostat the other 2 are fine, also I need to replace the heater element. I know I can find the element with no problem it is the High limit switch and the thermostat I am having trouble with.

The Thermostat PN is 2HG49-0 (cant read the brand)
The High Limit reset is ESSEX STEMCO Model 106KM2

Well, actually just about any standard replacement will work electrically, but I'm not sure about the mounting, whether the replacements will physically interface with the mounting screw holes, control knob, etc.

If you can put these two items on a scanner or send me a digital pic of them either posted here on the board, or sent to image91 at spanet.net I'll get it resolved for you.
