Appears this spa only wants to run during the week, for the past two weekends spa has been down. Spa was inherited, I converted it over to 220, then no heat, found problem and spa performed great during the week, when the weekend came the heater contractor blew apart, I replaced the contactor on Monday, spa ran great all week long, here comes the weekend. THe 6 prong control relay burnt up. The spa was running fine then I heard a pop and all power ceased due to GFCI trip. I reset the GFCI then I hearde a electrical buzz and now power. I was able to locate the problem the burnt relay. Not having a Skematic and very little troubleshooting infor on line. I am not able to locate the problem that caused the relay to burn out. I have located a relay by mail order, but when this new relay is installed will it burn also.

Please advise, of what the problem might be to cause the relay problem and what to check and eliminate so I can safely replace the relay without burning it up.
