New member. I have an Acura Spa Systems Powerstation, vintage 1996-1997, 220v, two pumps, ozonator, GFI is at the side of the house box. My tub shuts down for no apparent reason to me. I have experimented to see how long it will run after I hit the reset button (it does not trip the GFI), and I look at the water temp. After it has been sittiing a while (hour or so), I can hit the reset and the temp is about 95 or so. It quits running about 8-12 minutes later when the temp reads 98-100. When I have the top off, it runs as long as 45 minutes, but still shuts off at 98-100 degrees water temp. I replaced the heater element about 18 months ago and it has been doing this type of thing ever since. Is there something I should have calibrated, if so what and how? I am not sure how the high lo limit works with the timer, the thermostat, and the relays. Can you suggest a primer on how a spa pack is supposed to behave? Thanks. This is an interesting forum.

The spa heater reset button you have to push to reset it -
replace it.

Most likely, it's this one:
