Recently someone gave me a Spa Works by Teledyne Laars. I was wired for 220v. How do I make the change to 110v??? Thanks for your help.

First thing is you need to make sure that your control can be converted to 110V...any control system will say right on it 110/220 if it is indeed convertible...Assuming it is then make sure that both your pump and your blower are 110V already and assuming they are then it should be a simple matter of connecting your hot line to L1 and your neutral to neutral and then installing a jumper between L2 and neutral
