no, there is none there. So If my blower is working why is no air coming through them?
Can they get clogged?

I'm not sure why I didn't think of this sooner, but you should have a check valve between your blower and your tub. It may be stuck in the closed position, or worse yet, someone may have accidentally installed it backwards.

If you look back on page one of this forum, you will see a picture of my blower boot and something stuck in grey pvc with wires coming out of it,
that is the only thing I see. Do I need to take some more pics for you just let me know
thanks,
Stacy

That is just the air heater assembly for the blower... some spas have the option to heat the air so it doesn't blast cool air on your backside. What you will need to look for is a bulged out fitting between that air heater and the tub itself. It could be buried under some foam. It will most likely be about 4" in diameter at the widest point, and about 6-8" long. There is a diaphragm in there that is supposed to only allow movement in one direction. They sometimes get stuck as they age.

dare to take a guess as to where it might be. the pvc that comes out of the bottom of the blower, looks like it goes under the tub. I hate to just start digging.
any suggestions

there is probably no check valve - just aromatherapy (if fitted back then), the hartford loop (pipe loops up and down) and then the manifold
go back to previous post where i suggested causes of this problem

After checking the Sundance Spas manuals for your model year, it would appear you don't have the aromatherapy, since that was brought on a couple years later. Also based on the age of your spa, the check valve is not included either. That age of a spa has what is known as a hartford loop, just as Alacy had stated. It's basically one or two loops (manufacturer depending) of pipe that goes above the waterline to prevent water from entering into the blower assembly. Since you have a known good blower, what I would do is try to determine if you are plugged up somewhere, or if you have a break in the air line somewhere. You can tell by the sound of the blower, if it sounds labored. If you remove the blower from the spa, and run it, and then put your hand over the outlet, you will hear the sound change in pitch. If you reconnect the blower to the spa and hear the same change in pitch, you have a blockage somewhere in the blower line. If you don't hear that same pitch, you have a breakage somewhere. One last thing to check, put your hand about an inch over one of the air jets in the spa and then turn the blower on. If you can feel water flow against your hand, and yet no air, your blower may be undersized for your application.

Yesterday I drained my tub and today I got in and blew into on of the injectors not covered with water, when I blew into it the others (3 or 4) actually bubbled. So I think my problem may be between the injectors and the blower, so I'm going to try and blow the lines using a shop-vac.
I'll let you know if it works.

I hooked my shop vac to both pvc's the bottom one did not do anything, but when I put the hose to the top one it blew air thru the injectors.
So now i think my problem is "no power to the blower".
If you look back at the pic of the circuit board, I have power to the black relay or breaker but no power to the blower?

I got verything working.
thanks to everyone that made suggestions.
One last thing. the air that comes out of the injectors is cold air. If you look at the pic that i sent of my blower do I need to change out that thing above the blower to get warm air bowing out.
thanks,
