Can someone please help with this, bought this used spa against my wifes wishes and now after 10 minutes it doesnt work.
I have a used Cal Spa 2100 series control board. When the Spa was running the neutral wire fell out(stripped Terminal lug) and spa stopped running. Hooked wire back up and nothing, NO Topsider control, no primary pump, no filtering but the circulating pump 115v was running. This Spa also has a therapy seat with seperate topsider this pump works also. I called Cal Spa and they told me if it didnt restart there was a problem with the board. Did not want to hear this so I started testing.

I have power at all contacts(relays?) on the board, if I plug my primary pump into the aux pump it runs at least one speed (one power wire on aux connector). So I decide it is not the board it is the top sider, I get a topsider and still no power to it.
I now have the diagram of wiring and it looks like there is a transformer going to the board does this control the topsider and if so what are the volltage reading I should get from the 3 pins ( 2 yellow (?) and 1 black(110v?) Will this effectively shut down the spa? Or am I looking in the wrong place? How can I check both ends of my pump( jumper 110 to each leg of the pump seperataly?

I have replaced the transformer and BOOM it works great.
To think these people at Cal Spa get paid to give misleading advise.
The transformer on Cal Spa will keep the board from firing up. and make it seem dead. So suggest when no power check transformer first.
