I have a Viking Spa with a Balboa Controler (model WH-LITELD-CCAJ). I went to use the spa yesterday and the display was counting up and down by 2's. (80, 82, 84 ...102, 104, 102, ...82, 80). This keeps repeating. The display would change about every second. The pump and heater come on depending on the temp displayed.

Is this some sort of error code? Any ideas on what the problem is?

Sounds like it needs a new circuit board.

You could replace your temperature sensors as a check, but I doubt if it would help.
