I have a Balboa Icon 10 spa pack in my hot tub. I was getting this error code and I called Balboa about it. They told me that the sensor assembly was bad, so I ordered a new one. I installed it tonight and it is still doing the same thing. I am an electrician so I know a few things about these. I pulled the the sensors off the board, and was getting 5 VDC on each of the sensor outputs. The sensors were each reading about 54K ohms with it being about 50 degrees outside. I plugged the sensors in and was getting 3.66 VDC across each sensor. But I am still getting the same error code. I got this hottub used, and the topside controller did not have a cable for it. I made one out of CAT 5, and am not for sure for starters if I got it pinned right and if this could have anything to do with this. Any help is appreciated!

If the sensors didn't do the trick, the main PCB will need replacement. Sounds like you pinned the CAT 5 just fine.

Ok, so I am tring to find a board to replace the one that I have, I have found 2 boards that are almost identical to the one that I have. The one I have is a Lite Leader Icon 10 and the P/N is 52235, can anyone tell me which board I can get to replace this one.
