i have a balboa lite leader icon15 control system i am getting power to everything and no error codes are on the control pannel and the top control seems to be working properly temp is correct and it turns the light on and off when i press the pump button i can hear the relays clicking i have power and a good ground to the motor and the motor tested good but will not run the heater was a 4 kw and i replaced it with a 5.5 kw would this keep the motor from starting or am i looking at a new circut board or control any help would be great thanks!!
