THE MODEL # IS JPJ-350034
>> SERIAL # IS 100016422

AFTER REFILLING MY J-350 IT HAS NOT WORKED AGAIN I KEEP GETTING AN "OH
>> CODED" I KNOW THIS IS THE CODE FOR OVER HEATING BUT THE SPA IS OFF AND
>> THE WATER IS COLD AS SOON AS I TURN IT ON IT GOES RIGHT UP TO 118 THEN
>> 119 DEGREES AND SHUTS DOWN. I DO HEAR MY PUMPS KICK ON FOR ABOUT A SECOND
>> AND THATS IT. I DRAINED AND REFILLED IT UP I TRIED TO GET ALL OF THE AIR
>> OUT OF THE SYSTEM BUT TO NO AVAIL THIS HASBEEN ON GOING FOR ABOUT 2 MOS
>> NOW. COULD IT BE THE THERMOSTAT?? IF SO WHERE IS IT AND DO U HAVE THE
>> PART. OR IS IT THE HIGH LIMIT SWITCH OR BOTH??? ONE SERVICE GUY SAID ITS
>> THE CIRCUT PANEL AND WANTS TO REPLACE IT BUT IAM THE 2ND OWNER BUT COULD
>> IT BE THAT

OK THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TRIED SO FAR TODAY I DISCONNECTED THE PIPE AFTER THE
FLOW SWITCH AND WATER CAME OUT BOTH ENDS, STILL NO GOOD AS SON AS I TURN THE
JACUZZI ON WITHIN 3 SECONDS IT GOES TO 118 119 OH CODE AND THEN SHUTS OFF
" ---- " WATER DOES COME OUT OF THE WATERFALL WHICH I BELIEVE IT IS THE #1
PUMP I DO NOT SEE THE HEAT PUMP SYMBOL COME ON THE PANEL

1. REMOVED FILTERS
2. REMOVED PIPE AFTER FLOW SWITCH, HEAT PUMP, REMOVE PRIMER SCREW JUST B4
HEATER SAW WATER FLOW
3. TURNED ON JACUZZI WATER COMES OUT OF THE WATERFALL SHUTS OFF WITHIN 3
SECS OH CODE
4. SHUTS OFF SO FAST I CAN NOT CHECK FOR THE HEATER GETTING HOT BUT DONT SEE
THE HEAT SYMBOL ON THE PANEL

I GUESS IAM POSSIBLY LOOKING AT THE PC BOARD IF SO DO U HAVE IT AND HOW MUCH
WOULD IT BE :(

I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN AFTER A REFILL AND WOULD THIS
HAPPEN AGAIN???

THANKS
DROWNING IN FRUSTRATION

PETER

I am having the same issue with my Cal Spa. I actually had it working, but took if down to fix a very small leak. In the process I moved the control box out of the way. I have ordered a sensor assy.
I do suspect the PCB in the control box as if I d/c everything I still get the OH error. I am not able to disconnect the sensor assy however.
