I disconnected my hot tub from my old house and cant remember how to connect it back at my new house. I need to connect the six wires seen below to the subpanel box but I forgot where the wire go. Anyone know.

There is one Green wire, four black wires and one white one. I remember unscrewing a wire from the bottom right of the subpanel where the screws where, I think the green one when there.

This is for a HotSpring Spa, model: Envoy.

Need to know if the heater is a 4KW or 6KW.

Either way, the two larger black wires hook up to the hot terminals on the 30 amp breaker, and the two smaller blacks hook up to the
hot terminals on the 20 amp breaker.

The white wire- depends if the heater is a 4 or 6KW. If it's a 4KW heater, the smaller blacks are for the heater, and the white goes to the neutral terminal (NOT THE NEUTRAL BAR) on the 30 AMP breaker.

If it's a 6KW heater, the neutral goes to the neutral terminal on the 20 amp Breaker.

On the spa side, terminals 1 and 3 are the "hot" terminals for the heater. Positions 2 and 4 are the "hot" terminals for the pumps, and the white goes to terminal 5. The green goes to the ground to the right of the terminal block.

It's marked with a little sticker somewhere.

Do you have the spa serial number?

Envoy's have a 4kw. The 20amp breaker is for the heater
