We came home from a long weekend away and went to go into our hot tub. The temp was 59 degrees! Figuring it is a Sunday night and New England the best thing would be to drain the water and wait to call service in the morning, but the lines under the tub are frozen. What do we do now?

What most likely happend now is your pipes are frozen to the point of splitting, so once you get the lines thawed out (spring) you may find you have a few leaks on your hand. It is very common for the flexible pvc pips in the tub to fracture when frozen. You should have left the water in the tub and kept it circulating since it's a lot harder for moving water to freeze.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it is very likely this is what you will be running into.

good luck
