I installed a new Graslin timer, the same one that failed. The numbers are FM/1 ST u -L 110-120 v.
When I removed the old one and marked the wires, my markings fell off.
I took a smart guess and installed it anyway.
The problem is that when it is in slow timer mode and I try to turn it on and get in the water, the pump makes a funny sound, does not run fast,
and pops the GFI.
Does anyone know the color wiring diagram. I know its not right.
What do I do. Please Help.

I know what is wrong, but not sure of the wiring. The low speed is still on when you kick on the high. Maybe that info will help you locate and correct the problem.
