I have older Hawkeye spa, 7-years old, either a Titan or Balboa 2-pumps 6-person spa. Anyway the other day, I notice the sub panel breaker tripped, everything came back on, when it was turned back on, but now the heat only goes to 78 degrees.
What can I do?
Thanks
Bob

check the voltage on the control input to be sure you have 230+ volts present.
Then check voltage across heater element terminals.
If the power's ok, then replace the element.

I have gone as far as putting new shaft seals on the pumps, but as far as the elec. I have not check this out . Is there a manual on this to show me where to check the voltage, and the heating element location.
Thanks again
Bob

Yep, was the heater element, pick one up installed it, now heat. Save a $200.00 bill.
