Hi...I am new to this forum and was wondering if someone, anyone can help me? I have a Weslo Daybreak spa/5 person...it is 3 years old...was used 2-3 times a week...a couple months ago I was going to get in it...took the cover off and stuck my foot in, only to find ice cold water. My tub would not power on but it had worked the week before...I had an electrician come out...it has power going to the hot tub but it won't power on...not the lights, jets nothing. Can someone tell me what might be the problem. I have fibromyalgia and this is the only thing that helps me and with the cold weather here in Illinois, I have been suffering without my hot tub  Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I would check the fuses, outside of that I would call for service.

sorry, you will have to bear with me...I am single and don't have anyone who can help me :( ...where are the fuses??? :? and what do they look like?? :? The place where I purchased the hot tub recently went out of business...I have called several spa places in the area and none of them will work on it because they did not sell it to me :x ...so I am up a creek. One place did finally tell me that if I could find out what the problem was, they would order the part for me but I would have to install it myself...I think I can do this but I just don't know where to start or what to start with. The electrician did tell me that I have power going to the hot tub but he thought it might be either a transformer or control panel but he wasn't sure.

Not to offend but if you cannot even identify the fuses you should not be in the control box. There is high voltage and amperage in there and if not careful you will die.

Look for a big red button on the outside of the control box. Press it. It that works you have just reset your high limit switch. If you can't press it its fine, the problem is else where.
