Only three of our jets are working and the spa dude says to just turn the actual jet inside the tub to "open" the air flow....they don't turn! Unless I"m a total wimp I don't think they ever did....it's a 97 coleman horizan series 400......this sucks, we just want to get in!

10 years of grit binding up the jet doesn't make you a wimp. Without actually seeing the jet, it's tough to know exactly which one you're talking about. But it's not unusual at all for an adjustable jet to be stuck in the closed position.
