I an getting a High limit error on digital panel. Spa is used 1997 Infiniti with a Gecko Spa pack. Good water flow but heater does not work. It works a little for a short time sometimes and then the HL error comes on. The water temp is 65F (Started at 54). It does not trip the breaker so I am guessing that the element is not bad. Could this be a relay or defective HL switch or?
