 Post subject: Marqui Haven Spa Heating Difficulties

I have a 1998 Marqui Haven Spa with the original pump motor. The following parts have been replaced, the pump still operates, but the water only reaches 52 degrees, what do I need to do to get the water to 104 degrees?
