I have a 94 Leisure Bay Proshield pack. Model # B1010CLSSO-CA Serial # H038245. The schematic in back of the front panel is damaged. I need to know where I can get a copy or someone to scan their's & send it to me. I have the diagram of how to change it to 220 but need the wiring diagram of the whole pack.

There were quite a few variations in wiring and configuration over the years with those spa packs.

Trust me, if I sent you a diagram of what I have here, it would make no sense with what you have. They were produced for quite a long time, with almost unlimited configurations. Leisure Bay Industries is a very progressive company and does not sit on one specific configuration for very long. Matter of fact, they will build 3-6 different controller configurations at one time, for many different versions of spas.

Better solution, take some detailed photos of your controller (internals that is) and post them.

I have a Hurricane 1997 B1010CLO-CA
Same problem here!
The molex plugs have been pypassed and wired for 220v
I want to wire it with 115v to test it.
I need a schematic wiring diagram to determine how to hook it up for 115v and what position switch will be in.

I know the heater and the pressure switch are not connected so do not sweat that.

I have attached photos
