I need some help. I just purchased a new Calspas spa and had it installed. A friend of mine is an electrican and ran all the wiring and installed the GFI box. We have power to the spa (checked with a voltage checker). But the spa won't turn on. He wired it exactly as indicated in the cal spas book. The book indicates that you just turn on the switch on the GFI and the spa will come on. But no such luck. Is there some secret way to make it work. I would like to avoid paying to have cal spas come out and do it. Please give me and hints or suggestions you can think of.

Thanks

Only thing I can think of is that there should be a big fuse or two in that box somewhere. Be sure they're good.

Unfortunately, it's time to call the dealer out... You may have a bad controller or something else going on.

Wish we could help further, but if it doesn't turn on, then you're like in the 'dead spa' department.

Call the Cavalry.
