Im having trouble with getting my spa working, it has a gecko control model # sc-mp-p122-p212-b1-01 and gecko topside controller model # k-19. my trouble is ,that only the backlitting on the topside controller is lit, no digital reading, and my pump kicks on when I turn on the breaker, but runs non stop. Also the blower , heater and light for the spa doesnt turn on. But If I plug in the blower directly to an outlet and it works. Any help would be great, Owe one more thing I dont beleive my jets seem to have a lot of pressure.

Check the circuit board for a small battery, like a "watch" battery, that is what actually powers the topside on many electronic controls. If you change out the battery and that doesn't work, you probably need a new topside.

The cheapest solution, replacing a battery, may fix you up.

I guess it is possible to get a defective one, there should be a warranty on it. Checking a topside would be done by testing it in a known good circuit board, someone in electronics could probably do it, but I don't have any hints on how to do it, I never have tried to check one out on the bench.
