 Post subject: Overheating wires

I was just given a 2002 Tiger River Siberian. After hooking up the wiring I have the following problem. The two 30A wires overheat to the point of burning the insulation. I replaced the heater board and the wiring (from stranded to solid core). I still have the same problem.

What size wire did you use?
