Hi, i have searched and searched through your forum and could not find anything on this question so forgive me if it has already been answered.

We have a brand new hottie, balboa controls. And have just realized that new hottie's will only go to 104. I do understand that, that is the laws set by the government but....... Where we live that is just not hot enough. How can you change this, any kind of over ride or adjustments?

Please help.

Over riding is a very dangerous thing to attempt. I would discourage you from even trying it. You can attempt to get your tub hotter if
1. You get a Doctors letter stating you need a hotter tub for medical reasons
2. The letter must be notarized
3. With the letter in hand have a tech contact Balboa and they will help, either having the tech do an adjustment or replace the board with one that is special programed. I don't think they will give you instructions of approve the change without a technician on site.
