Went to start up the jets on a CalSpa 6 year old notice there is no power. Flipped breaker, nothing... Looked inside. looks okay, a little hot on motor assembly. What could be the culprit? Had motor replaced once already, control board replaced, ozonator filter replaced.

Sounds like the motor is frozen up or you have a bad motor start capacitor. Are you able to access the motor shaft or impeller to see if the motor is spinning freely (a slight resistance is OK). Are you comfortable working with electricity > 120 volts? If not, I would suggest contacting a qualified electrician to determine if you are getting power to the motor and control assembly.
