I have a jacuzzi z735 with a balboa value circuit board and all the high voltage and inputs are fine but I have nothing on the control panel and the spa does not even sound like it has power. I followed the trouble shooting steps in the Balboa tech manual but without the special diagonostic tools I had to stop. Seems to me like it has no DC voltages present. Is this my board gone bad or does anyone have further troubleshooting tips? thanks

You might be careful and read the message I sent on my Bullfrog spa with a Balboa board. If it is damaged due to the bolts through the board and terminal block, let me know. We may have a class action suit in the making.
