Hello everyone, this is my first time here and already I'm bugging for information. We have a Jetsetter spa (Hot Springs with IQ2020 control panel) bought new in 2006 in Alberta. We moved here to northern New Brunswick in August. The spa came wired for 240 on the heater and 120 for the rest and that is how it's been connected here at its new home. My question is how do I set the program jumpers (the tiny little ones) correctly to change the spa's operation only to 120 voltage. The reason for this is for extended power outages here during the winter. It's a lot easier to supply 20 amps at 120 volts with a backup generator than it is to supply 50 amps at 240 volts. I already have a GFCI outlet in the gazebo, where the spa is located, wired to the trasfer panel. The transfer panel is equipped with a 60 amp 3 pole break-before-make switch. Other hosehold critical circuits are in this transfer panel as well, such as the boiler circulation pump. As an added safety measure I already have a GFCI 20 amp 120 volt plug for the spa and I know where to wire it up and how to set the large power jumpers on the control pabel.

By the way - I did use the search feature but did not get quite the right information, unless of course I've used the search incorrectly. It's been known to happen!

Thanks!

Look on the inside cover of you IQ2020- should be a sticker there that has the different program jumper configurations (as well as wiring schematics) based on s/n and voltage.

Thanks for answering so quick, I appreciate it. The sticker inside the cover is gone. Does anybody have a picture of it they could post or a drawing maybe?

Thanks,
