Spa control pack needed?

Post subject: Spa control pack needed?

Do I need a control pack?
If I simply wired everything like this, will it work?

240V Breaker ---> Heater (I manually turn it on/off with built in thermostat)

120V Breaker --->Pump/Blower (I manually turn on pump and blowers with switches I add when needed)

This seems simple enough, almost too simple, that's why I'm asking.
