We have a spa w/a Balboa electronic heater/pump that we inherited with our house. We have no user's guide. We had turned the spa down to about 60 and just returned from vacation to see the jets shooting UP and the heat at super hot (technical, I know) The reading is Sn and it will not turn off, down, anything. Any suggestions?

HI, I do not see a reply to your post but have a similar issue with a reading of SN. I was wondering if you were able to get an answer to your problem. I rewired the space to connect to 220 and received the same SN reading upon plug in. I do not think it is the electrocal but rather the spa settings of some sort. A quick reply is appreciated!
