Tub will not heat, only have power on one heater leg. Checked relays on circuit board, both had power in but only one had power out. Are these controlled individually or is it a bad relay? Can these be replaced?
Thanks,

It could be a bad relay. First you need to determine if the relay is energized (trying to pull in or close). If so, the contacts may be burned not allowing for current flow to the heater. The relays can technically be replace, but since they are soldered into the circuit board, it's not very feasable for most people to do.

How can I test if it is energized. Where does the signal come from to pull it in?
