 Post subject: switch or pump bad?

I have a sundance [maxxus] spa , when i turn on the no2 pump it justs clicks, does that mean i need a new motor or the switch is bad / #1 and #3 work fine

Have you considered grabbing a voltmeter and checking to see if the pump us getting the correct voltage?
