Cal Spas 2000 vintage model, Balboa 2100 Spa pack, I'm getting closer to getting this thing running perfect. All is well, except it reaches 107 degrees. Of course we won't get in it that hot but we have to leave the lid off to cool first. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Does changing the heat setting up or down have any affect? If so, then my guess would be that whatever is taking the temp of the water is off for some reason. Make sure it's installed and wired properly. If it's a cheap part, try replacing it.
