Hercules spa, 10-12 y.o., part # 500-092-001a

Contacts burned at Line In and Heater. The spa was running fine, while the Line In contact was touching. Not sure on heat, but 240v was present. Pictures are attached (front and back).

I'm thinking cost-effective replacement spa pack and control? 2 motors, 1 blower, light, ozonator.

Your thoughts? The tub was free, but it is 10+ years old.
