I admit I am new to spas and I should have adamently pointed out that aluminum is not suiteable for spa use, maybe its because I live and work in Alaska and its because I have over 14 years wiring 3 phase 480volt motors over 100 HP that I always go one gauge heavier for safety sake and for long runs.

Other than that its fine to point out the tried and true methods, cannot find 70amp load centers? I see a lot of them at both our local Home Depot and Lowes, and frnakly I don't recall seeing many 60 or 100amp loads centers maybe its a locality thing we have here in Alaska.
