Post subject: Bought foreclosed House with Emerald Spa 2000

Hello,
Very very new to this. Bought a foreclosed home in late January with an Emerald Spa 2000. I have been itching to get after it and with warmer weather now I have begun to take a look around. I heard that the house was empty for three years. I guess my question is, should I just fill the tub and go from there? Are there some common checkoints to look for when I fill it for the first time? Any response would be appreciated.
