After I have repaired a few tubs for some friends and family now I am kicking around the idea of starting my own repair business.
I am wondering if anyone would know what licenses I would need and insurance here in Michigan. I would hope I wouldn't need an electrical journeyman's card because here in Michigan it is like 8000 hours of apprentice work.

Thanks in advance.

a hot tub is generally regarded as an appliance, and thus not governed by the NEC and not requiring a license.
