I was given the above hot tube. I filled it full of water. I got all the jets to work except the air bubbles. Can anyone help me or tell me where I might get a operations manual

Also I have 2 hoses one is the drain where the filter is at, and it has a cap on it. the 2nd one is alot longer had sucks air it has threads on the end but no cap. My question is what do I do with it. put a cap on it or does it connect somewhere.

Does the contact that are on the door to the contols have anything to do with it????
