Post subject: 95 cal spa lost many jets
PostPosted: Sun May 15, 2005 10:14 pm
Hello i am hoping someone can help me here. I have a 95 cal spa. I recently restored the plumbing after a winter freeze up but seem to only have about a third of my jets functioning. I have two very large jets with grippy style rings but they don't seem to turn the smaller jets just appear to have chrome trim. Piping was just remove and repalce i did nothing different. i have tried to find an ownewrs manual but haven't yet and cal spa doesn't seem to want to support a tub of this vintage even if only for a manual! Any help is appreciated Thanks in advance BigVWman@wowway.com

Are the two very large jets delivering plenty of water? If so, you will have to get the rings to move, as typically the "grippy rings" around them are for flow control. If the large jets are wide open, your small jets will either not run at all, or barely put anything out.
